Celebration Bermuda - is an Australian-bred Bermuda with high traffic, drought, and chinch bug tolerance, but it does not do well in shade and has a low and tight growth pattern.

419 Tifway - has an upright growth pattern with drought and chinch bug tolerance, but it does not do well in shade. Being a golf course grade Bermuda, it can handle high traffic, be cut a 1/4 inch tall, and has excellent recovery due to its fast growth.

TIFTUF

TifTuf - is considered to have the highest drought and wear tolerance in the Bermuda category, but it still does not have any shade resistance. Being a golf course grade Bermuda, and can be cut a 1/4 inch tall and has excellent recovery due to its fast growth.

RALEIGH ST AUGUSTINE

Raleigh St Augustine - has one of the highest cold tolerance rankings out of all the varieties, has good shade tolerance, and good drought tolerance. One of its defining qualities is it will be the last to go dormant in the winter and the first to green up in the spring, even over Bermuda.

FLORATAM ST AUGUSTINE

Floratam St Augustine - Floratam was created by The University of Florida and A&M to have increased chinch bug and SAD (St Augustine Decline) virus resistance. It can handle heat, has great drought tolerance and like most St Augustine varieties is the last to go dormant in the winter and the first to green up in the spring.

PALMETTO ST AUGUSTINE

Palmetto St Augustine - is a cold hearty drought tolerant variety of St Augustine. It has a slightly finer texture than most grass. One of its defining qualities is it will be the last to go dormant in the winter and the first to green up in the spring, even over Bermuda.

DEL MAR ST AUGUSTINE

Del Mar St Augustine - is one of the highest rated cold tolerant grass varieties along with being excellent in heavy shade. At the same time it can also handle lots of sun and has excellent resistance to SAD (St Augustine Decline).

AMERISHADE ST AUGUSTINE

Amerishade St Augustine - is a semi-dwarf variety and is one of the most shade-tolerant varieties. It has a shorter growth height than most St Augustine and spreads extremely quick.

ZORRO ZOYSIA

Zorro Zoysia - Considered to be the #1 zoysia grass in America, Zorro has amazing drought tolerance, amazing shade tolerance, handles traffic very well and recovers rapidly from stress. It is a thick, fine-bladed grass that chokes out most weeds and can be cut as low as 1/4 inch.

EMERALD ZOYSIA

Emerald Zoysia - An emerald colored, fine-bladed zoysia, renowned as being the "Cadillac" of zoysia grasses. It has excellent drought and cold resistance along with the ability to handle high foot traffic. It spreads very slowly but when well cared for and established chokes out most weeds with ease.

PALISADES ZOYSIA

Palisades Zoysia - was developed at A&M is an extremely drought-tolerant grass and in some cases, it survived up to 15 weeks without water. It has moderate shade and cold tolerance and is also a slower-growing grass which means it doesn't need to be mowed as much but also that it takes a little longer to recover from stress. It has a thick growth pattern and a wider blade like St Augustine.
