This limestone sand is the shavings from the rock when they crush it. They then screen it down to a 1/4" Minus size allowing it to be used for everything from pipe backfill to even chicken coops.

⅜ PEA GRAVEL CONCRETE SAND MIX (CONCRETE MIX)
This is a great product for any masonry work. A mixture of 3/8th pea gravel and concrete sand to help as bonding agent when making concrete. Just add some mortar and water and you are all set.
